HYPEX AI ("we", "us") is a GPU compute leasing platform serving AI teams across North America. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit hypex.ca or use our services, and how we handle it.
2. Information we collect
- Account & contact data — name, email and organization details you provide when you inquire or sign up.
- Usage data — compute consumption, resource configuration and service logs needed to operate your workloads.
- Website analytics — anonymized interaction data (pages visited, device type) collected via privacy-friendly analytics.
3. How we use information
- Provision and operate compute workloads you request.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Improve our products, security and reliability.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Data residency
Where offered, customer workload data processed in a given region stays within that jurisdiction. We offer data-residency configurations for regulated workloads. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure and email subprocessors (for example, compute and email providers). We assess each against our security and privacy requirements.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
